I have sissy wrists and play softball. If anyone has tips on how to make them stronger would be great!

My wrists are sticks too--my gym has this bar with a string attached to a weight that you hold out in front of you and you roll up and down like a newspaper. Even if you don't belong to a gym you can tie a string to a wood handle and do it at home-it's killer!
