Here at StackMeUp we take calf size seriously, because calf size can be an object of obsession for men and women. On this page you can compare your calf size to the average calf size by gender. We recommend that you compare your calves to the average calf size every few months or so especially if you've been hitting the gym, so you can see how your hard work has paid off.
Why Compare Your Calf Size?
There are many reasons you may want to compare your calf size. Maybe you want to see if your calves are growing after a two week eating binge of high salt food. Or if you're a man, you might want to see if your calves are small due to genetics or changing in size due to exercis . There is no limit when it comes to reasons as to why you should compare your calf sizeHow to Measure Your Calves. Now that we've went over how we compare calf size at StackMeUp and some of the reasons you might want to compare your calves, we should go over the most important part: measuring your calves.
Step 1, Get a Measuring Tape. The best way to measure your calf size is with a store-bought measuring tape, the kind that a tailor would use.Step 2, Measure Your Calves
Simply wrap the measuring tape around the largest part of your calf and record the number. We recommend measuring both calves and averaging the number since your calves can be slightly different in size.
Once you get your measurements you're ready to start stacking! Once you're done comparing your calf size, you can compare other parts of your body here. Remember, even if you're calf size isn't average, it doesn't mean you're better or worse than anyone, everybody's different!
