Question: I just went back to work after maternity leave and I'm concerned I'll won't be able to maintain my ability to breastfeed -any tips are welcomed

A lot of my patients have experienced success with the breast hand pump--as long as they were diligent about it every couple hours. They would make time at work and excuse themselves to the bathroom discreetly --it's not easy, but worthwhile.
Question: I just had twins and is having a hard time feeding them both because they
both get hungry at different times.

I have twins and even if one doesn't appear hungry and the other is starving
I always try to feed them both. For me, it helped keep them on the same
schedule.
