Does anyone know any great ab workouts/moves?

Planks are great for your abs. There are also a bunch of great ab workouts you can do with an exercise ball. But to really get great results you must do cardio as well.

Debbie- Planks are great for ab work. To execute, you want start out on your lying on your stomach. From there rise onto your forearms and toes keeping your body in a straight line (similar to a push-up position except on your forearms and elbows instead of your hands). Then hold for as long as you can. There are also various modifications such as rising onto knees instead of toes to make it easier, side planks to target obliques, etc.

I also like hanging from elbow straps hooked up to a chin up bar and lifting up my legs-it is a great workout and fast.
